1 on 1 Personal Training

The fitness industry wants you to believe that you need to work out a certain way depending on your body type, your gender, and the number of likes you want to receive from your followers. The fitness industry wants you to think that you can only train for either strength or vanity driven aesthetics. And the fitness industry wants to overload you on information through biased opinions.

I call BULL.

Everyone's fitness journey is navigated a little differently, so sometimes you need guidance in regards to the direction you're trying to go.

 

I'm not a regular trainer though,— I'm a 'cool trainer,' one that allows you to find your own personal strength through different modalities, techniques, and motivation. One that will help guide you to your goals without taking any short cuts (yes, that means you will most likely do burpees).

Lets get it.  Are you trying to not only navigate the weight room, but also find a path that works for you in terms of working out to achieve your goals? I got you. Do you want to learn the correct way to squat so you can confidently complete them on your own? Yes honey, I can help you with that.

Whether it's during 1 on 1 sessions, sessions with your workout buddy that I crash, or in a group of Small Group Training (SGT) that I coach, I will give you the tools you need to reach your goals and be by your side along the way.

At b&b, I believe that if you want to make a lifestyle change and commit to becoming a better you, you have to allow yourself to chip away at some layers, expel some serious sweat, and allow yourself to be okay with getting a little uncomfortable.
