I'm Vanessa and I'm here to help you step away from a stagnant ass workout program and forcing yourself to 'shake it off.'
Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of women (and a few men) on how to say F- OFF to the standards of what fitness is 'supposed to look like' and instead, feel strong in their own capabilities + bodies.
I'm also a functioning mood-aholic (aka a human) who is actively learning to work with my moods rather than 'get over them.' I don't really believe life is always full of love + light but instead, chaos+ contrast.
With MOVEMENT + MOOD WORK, I'll be your coach, your support, and your reminder that fitness is about more than figuring out how much you can squat, it's about feeling your feels and continuing to show up even when shit feels heavy - in different parts of life.

Your 1st week of programming will be sent to you next Thursday for the following week.
Programming will be uploaded to your personal Google Drive every Thursday for the upcoming week.
At the end of every month, you'll receive a personal email with a rundown from your last month and what's coming with your next one.
Just like with movement, I'll send over a MOOD form for you to fill out so I can get a better understanding of where your head is at.
Your 1st MOOD work module will be sent to you the second week of February.
Each month you'll be sent module videos + journal prompts with actionable + approachable practices that focus on mindset work for the realist
You'll have 3 -1 on 1 calls with me where we can talk about any mental blocks you may feel, stress symptoms, + a personalized mood moderation plan.

Q: WHAT IF I DON'T WANT THE MOOD WORK PART?
You can choose the "MOVEMENT ONLY" option, but that only includes workouts with your body weight, DB's, and KB's.
Q: WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Your payment will come out on the same day every month depending on which tier you choose. That day is determined by which day you initially enroll. Payment will continue to be processing until you let me know you wish to cancel.
Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AFTER THE INITIAL COMMITMENT?
Obvs, I'd hate to see you go, but I get it! You can let me know 2 weeks in advance and I will cancel your subscription for you.
Q: WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT ON OUR CALLS?
First, we will jam out on your workouts and the progress you're making. After that, we can jam out on anything you may feel stuck on or in a mood about.
