With Spring, I mean Summer weather outside, it's literally almost impossible to not want to get your ass out there and enjoy as much sunshine as you can. And if you're a loyal reader you know I'm all about taking your workouts out doors and into the atmosphere.

Grab your yoga mat, lace up your sneakers, and get your ass in gear to get outside and get your sweat on.

15 mountain climbers (each side)

200 meter run

FINISHER

4 minute AMRAP

30 bicycle twists

5 push ups

30 jumping jacks

5 pushups
