Stop the Mindless Scroll and Get Back to Your Soul

Have you looked up from your phone recently to notice all the Halloween decorations out (despite the high temperatures)? When was the last time you started to have a conversation with someone without having to interrupt them from looking at their phone? When was the last time you didn't Instagram your workout? And last but not least, How many times a day do you find yourself scrolling on social media wondering how whatever Kelly Jones was eating looked so freaking good or when Mike Smith was going to shut up about his political views and his love of the Yankees? Probably more than you'd like to admit.

We're all guilty of the above because that's how our society functions these days, there's no denying that, and it's okay because we're in this together.

A week from today I'll be launching a program that I'm super excited to share because it has to do with ALL OF THE ABOVE and getting detached from it. Instead it's got fitness in it. It dabbles with some meditation. It's got a few social events thrown in there. And last but certainly not least, it's got some hobby finding in it.
