b&b summer bod: Volume 3



Since it's August and the heat is on, lets get a little sassier in our workouts. Try and push yourself to get farther and farther each round so that you start at a different place each time.


6 rounds, 2 minutes each round, :45 second rest between, pick up where you left off.


10 toe taps each leg (use a step, ledge, or box)

5 burpees

10 alternating lunges

5 push ups



:30 second plank hold

30 crunches

30 sit ups

30 leg flutters
