End of Summer say whhhaaa?! I'm being dramatic, I know, but just trying to keep you on your toes like this workout will. 

 

4 ROUNDS

200 meter sprint

10 rotating planks

5 burpees

10 push ups

5 burpees

 

then...

 

3 MIN AMRAP

20 jumping jacks

20 high knees

20 mountain climbers
