It's officially Football season which means its officially Fall, because the weather is SO awesome lets kick up the running notch a little bit.

 

1 ROUND FOR TIME

800m run

20 step ups

20 squats

20 push ups

20 lunges

20 box (or step) jumps

800m run

 

then...

 

1 MINUTE AS MANY BURPEES AS POSSIBLE
