We are built to walk, run, squat, stand, flow, and so on and so forth and although rest days are crucial, I’m willing to bet if you’re sitting in a chair for 8 hours a day your limbs are begging for some motion.

 

And not only do our bodies want to move, but our minds want to expand and explore as well.

At the beginning of each week, you 'll have access to a workout video where I'll coach you through the motions, give you tips and tricks to complete them, and explain the methods behind the movements.

You'll receive an email each week that dives into different types of motivation, content that will inspire you (without being too inspirational), and words that will get you thinking about yourself
